Will a 9600XT be enough to play Farcry smoothly?

I play with my 9500 Pro "just fine" It really depends what settings you have it at. When I had my AXP rig it said my computer was "medium" and it defualted all settings to medium except water which it put at very high. I would set textures to high my self as I thought it looked ugly at medium. Now with my A64 it gives me whatever the highiest computer setting is (I forget) It gives me high for most things like lighting and particle count and a few others but still only medium on textures and the damn game won't launch if I set AA to low either way!!! It really ticks me off.... I have to launch the game without AA and then set AA to low and restart and sometimes it will enable it sometimes it won't, ticks me off I tell you what. But either way AA is really only possible on inside levels.

Any ways back on topic. 9500 Pro's and 9600 XT's have similar performance I belive maybe the XT edging out my card i na few circumstances. Either way I think it will be fine and you can tweak it to look pretty good if you OC a bit and still get some decent frame rates with low res 1024 x 768 probably between 28-50 depending on the action going on.
