Will a 800MHz FSB Processor work on my Motherboard

I have a P4MAM2-V Motherboard and I was thinking about getting a processor upgrade. I wanted to get the most of my motherboard, so I wanted a 3.20GHz precessor. The only 3.20GHz processor I find is a Pentium 4 3.20GHz Socket-478 800MHz FSB. The only problem there is the FSB...My motherboard supports only 533MHz FSB.
