Will a 650W PSU be enough?

I'm putting together a system that will be used for some video editing. I'm wondering if a 650W PSU will be enough power to run this : Intel C2Q6600 , Intel D975XBX2 (Badaxe2) mobo, EVGA GeForce 7950 GT 512MB, 2 Gigs Corsair XMS DDR2 800, Western Digital 400 GB SATA 2 (main syestem drive), a pair of Western Digital 500 GB SATA 2's (video storage drives in RAID 0), Soundblaster Audigy SE, Zalman CNPS7700-Cu cpu fan (for the Q6600) and 5 120mm fans in the case. Is an Antec 650W enough or should I get a bigger PSU? Any suggestions?

I've got a similar setup but with 4 drives, 4 sticks of RAM, Q6600, and nvidia 8800GTS - running great with a 300W PSU.

650W is huge overkill for that setup, IMHO.
