I actually am currently running a 4650 (overclocked of course.,...😉

with a cheap Athlon II x2 250 ....
Runs pretty well - Res is @ 1280x1024 and have 2gb ddr3 ram

The vid card is just a standard 512mb ddr2 ...

Before I overclocked the cpu / ram / vid, it ran fine as well...

GTAIV poorly implements gpu / cpu utilization...

As others said, you will be ok.
