Will a 462 Sempron 2400+ Bottleneck a 9600Xt?

I'm buying a video card for a pc with a gig of corsair value ram and a Semrpon Socket A 2400+ with the hopes of playing World of Warcraft it middle settings. Will I run into problems using a 9600xt? Or a Nvidia 6200 for that matter?
