Will 700 FC-PGA OC as well as 650 SECC2?

EDIT: OK, this is a dumb question, so please ignore this thread. The 700 would be better simply because I'd have to OC it less than the 650 to achieve the same speed, so there's greater chance my system will be compatible. Sorry for wasting BB space. Thanks for the fast answer, bonkers.

I ordered a P3 650MHz SECC2 from Egghead because they accepted some $100 credit I've had for quite a while, but it's been on backorder for a while. I can try to get a 700MHz FC-PGA, which is in stock, instead. Do you think I have an equal chance of getting both to run at 133MHz FSB? That's 650@866 and 700@933. The 700 FC-PGA will cost me more, as I'll have to buy a Slocket.

Suggestions? BTW, is the Gorb good enough to attempt 133FSB with these?

ya secc2 means slot 1 cuz it is the packaging around the processor board that only goes half way around
slot 1 is either denoted as slot 1 or secc2
fcpga is denoted as socket370 or fcpga
