will 4 sticks of OCZ PC3200 run at PC3200 speeds on an AV8 motherboard?

considering buying ana dditional 2 sticks instead of buying 2 1gig sticks

The Memory controller is on the CPU, not the motherboard, so it's your CPU that determines it. The X2 will run 4 sticks at 200mhz, but at 2T timings. 2T gernaly only has a 3-5% performance loss, but with video encoding, I took a 7.5% loss.
