Will 3800+ X2 work fine with MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum?

Dear Friends,
I am going to buy an AMD 3800+ X2 processor and a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum nForce4 Ultra Motherboard tomorrow. Does that motherboard works fine with dual core processor?

I have another choice to buy an ASUS A8N SLI motherboard. Unfortunately, thats a little bit expensive and I think I won't use two PCI-E in my board in near future. Moreover, if K8N Neo works fine with my processor then obviously I shouldn't buy ASUS A8N SLI board.

Whats your opinion about K8N Neo4 plat. motherboard?
