Will 350 watts of power be enough?

I was considering buying an Antec SLK3700AMB case for my new system, but I don't know if the 350 watt SmartPower PSU will be enough to power my rig:

Asus P4P800-E Deluxe
Pentium 4 3.0GHz (Prescott, but I will look for a Northwood)
2GB of RAM PC3200
Western Digital WD800JD (80GB, SATA)
Western Digital WD2000JD (200GB, SATA)
Pioneer DVD-RW (nu sure wich model yet)

The case uses two 120mm fans. Will the bundled PSU be able to power it? If not, how about the TruePower 430?

If your videocard isn't too power-hungry I'd think it could power that.

The video card is a Matrox G450 DualHead. I don't play games, and this card has one the best analog 2D outputs, so I'll be keeping it. It doesn't even have a fan, much less a power connector.

I think you'll be fine with that. If not, then the SLK3700AMB is still a great case.

Great. If not, I can always upgrade. I was curious 'cause the TruePower 430 costs almost as much as the SLK3700AMB with the PSU included. How come?

More amps in the main lines are what makes the 430watt more expensive. Great overclocking.
