Will 3200 memory work fine on Motherboard with FSB of 333

I got a motherboard combo at Fry's. Motherboard is K7VTA3, with FSB of 333. Sempron 2500+ processory. Fry's had pretty good deal on Kingston 3200 memory, so got a 512 stick of that.

I assume the faster memory should work fine, correct?

Yup, and if its really cheap then your definately fine because even if it can't run stable at it's rated speed, 333 is even lower than rated speed.
