Will 166FSB hurt anything?

I am running 1600+@2100+ and PC2100@PC2700 default voltages and my mobo has a 1/5 divider(8k3a+) so my AGP and PCI is at spec. But will the 166FSB kill anything really? As long as I keep CPU temps below 60 celcius or so.
 
Well if you kept your voltages at default then you are not accelerating the onset of electromigration at all. You should be 100% safe there.
