Is it possible to use the wiki software, but instead of having the whole wiki page, just be able to put the edit function into a table cell (or div)?
 
I've played with it a bit and it seems like you could customize this with a custom skin. I can't really elaborate because I've never done it.

Yeah, I've thought about that, but from what I've been reading, I don't think you can customize it to that extent, I could be mistaken though. Hopefully someone who's tried will pipe in.
