Wiki for a 7th grade class

I'd like to publish a wiki for my 7th grade class on their class website.

I'm worried though that some retard will stumble across my site and add inappropriate stuff. . .

Is there any popular easy to install wiki that lets the changes be moderated first?

You could password protect the page, and just give it out to the class.

That still would not stop one of my students from posting something inappropriate before I caught it.

Surely there is a moderated version somewhere?
