Wii remote lifespan under normal use?

Has anyone had to replace a Wii remote due to it wearing out (buttons not responding as well as with a new remote) from normal use?

Until it dies...:p

I find that "lifetime warranties" often really only mean the lifespan of the item...when it dies, the warranty dies with it. :biggrin:
