The 360 needs a real price cut. I would expect a bit of an uptick in July and August as the stores clear out their 20gb stock at the $300 price point, but the 360 really needs a $50-$100 drop across the board. This will probably coincide with the Jasper board revision, which I think is coming out in the fall - which is exactly the right time to cut the price.

I suspect that the PS3 is riding high off of the (rather excellent) MGS4 bundle at the $500 price point, and that sales will drop down somewhat next month. The real issue, IMHO, is the PS3's consistent inability to sell software. MGS4 was supposed to be a Halo 3 / COD 4 / GTA 4 style blockbuster, and it didn't even crack a million sales domestically. The PS3 install base is smaller than the 360's, but it's not so small that they couldn't sell a million in a month.
