So I was thinking could you put weight things on your arm and legs and torso and play lets say 2 hours of WII sports (boxing) would you loose a bunch a calories?

You could probably put weights on your arms and legs and mop your floor for two hours to loose weight.

(You'd also have a shiny clean floor :) )

Anything that gets you moving would help. An advantage with the Wii is that its entertainment value would help to distract you from the physical stress you're going through - part of the reason people don't exercise. A disadvantage would be that it probably wouldn't be the most efficient way to exercise, and could potentially be dangerous - you might not be working hard enough in the right ways to make a big enough impact and you might be inclined to keep playing the game when your body would need some rest.
