Wii 3rd party cables quality?

I want to get an RGB cable for my Wii...It's plugged into my 4:3 SDTV, and RGB is the highest it can go

Is there really a difference between the official Nintendo cables and the 3rd party cables? There is significant money to be saved if I go with 3rd party
