plenty... almost every hotel has one somewhere..

coffee shops, panera bread (if there is one).. check boingo.com to see what's available.

But seriosuly it Vegas, I think it would be really sad to go to vegas and feel the need to get on the internet.

Most decent size hotels have it - some are charged per night.

Most Starbucks have them available.
