Wifi router TL-WR740N causing internet error every 24h

As the topic says, I have recently connected this wifi router to my computer using normal net cable.
It works very well, the ping is always good, but every 24 hours exactly at the time it was connected (a couple days ago) the internet somehow freezes.
This means that I can't use Firefox because every page fails to load, but instant messenger (which in my opinion doesn't use DNS for connecting to its servers) works like charm.
When it stops working I just go to router settings (at 192.168.1.1) and click "Release", then the internet works for another 24 hours.
I have already updated the firmware, but it didn't help.
So I'm asking You, what to do to at least detect what's causing problems with the 24hours-freeze.
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried other applications that use an Internet connection to verify if it is the router? It could be the router acting up, however since you are able to use a chat client, I'm doubting it's a router issue.

dhcp lease time (dash express had this problem)
try rocking out to static IP if possible - out of the rangededicated to dhcp. and try google dns as well (Separately) 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4

ping, nslookup are not working as well.

I think that changing to those DNS won't help since I've already changed to OpenDNS...

What about NetBIOS over TCP/ip, and what with Unicast option in router's menu?
Maybe this will help, any thoughts?
