WiFi NIC crashes WiFi router. Which went bad?

Well all of a sudden my Compaq W200 wifi card started crashing my DI-614+. As best as I can tell anytime the w200 connects it causes the entire router to reboot, not just the wifi, but the wired section as well. I have two other dlink devices that connect to the network without any problems as long as the w200 isn't connected. I've been using this combo for months without any problems, so I'm not sure weather it's the router, the card, or both that went bad. Any suggestions?

I'm running the newest driver and firmware. I formated the laptop with the w200 last night and it had no effect.

Well I think it's my router that's bad, I took the laptop to work and it's connecting just fine to a Linksys wifi ap.
