Wifi in a park

Hello guys,

I'm an entrepreneur and I would like to make a gift to my city: free wifi.

The first step would be to give free wifi in a park, or at least in some spots of the park.

WiMax is illegal in my country (frequencies used by the army), and hardwiring a series of hotspots is too expensive.

I thought about building a mesh p2p wifi network, or maybe a mother-slave network, where each slave hotspot would connect to the mother network to give access to the end-user.

I know I should hire some net-solutions company, but I first would like to hear your opinion on the matter.
