Hi guys Can someone please help me with this problem I've been having on my laptop for a while, It's a Sony vaio VGN-NR38E and the problem is that basically my internet stops working every time I play a YouTube video. All of the internet on any browser just doesn't load. Sometimes it's okay through one video but other times it stops working halfway through one. To get it to start working again I have to restart the computer and it's really annoying and stuff. The most confusing part is that when I go on like manage network connections it comes up as fine and I'll diagnose it just to be sure but It still wouldn't work. Sorry for rambling :$ but can anyone help with this problem please?! I've searched like everywhere :\

What OS are you running?
What happen when it stop working? Does the network icon show no connection?

No it shows up as the connection being fine and it being connected but doesn't work.
How do I find out what OS I'm running
