Hey guys,

Im not sure if anyone will know the answer to this, but its worth a try. I purchased a tmobile iphone 6 that has wifi calling, but when i got back to my campus the wifi calling wasnt working. So initially i figured it was a tmobile issue but after SEVERAL calls, they determined it wasnt on their end, which is also evident because wifi calling on my phone works on every other wireless network (my home, xfinity hotspot, etc.) except my colleges'. So i contacted my college network team (NSS) and thought maybe the campus blocked wifi calling, but i received a response saying that wifi calling should work fine. Furthermore, the guy that was assisting me said he had a tmobile Galaxy S5 and his wifi calling worked fine on the network. They said there would be nothing on my network account permissions that would restrict me access to wifi calling. So in the end, they couldnt figure it out.

Now im stuck and no one can seem to figure out my problem. So my question for you smart people is: what could be restricting my phone access to wifi calling but not the guy that has a galaxy s5? If any one has any ideas i will bring them up with the NSS at my school and see if they can fix my problem. Thank you so much!!:D
