I have my Blu-ray player connected to my router with an ethernet cable.
I assume this is giving it the maximum connection speed, so that HD movies on netflix, for example, are compressed as little as possible for the connection speed.
Is this over kill?
Is a typical home wireless connection faster than the maximum HD Streaming speed?
