Some people have had issues with the card so you may try HIS.. If you want to go with an Nvidia alternative that will outrun a 9800 Pro then you will have go with a Geforce 6600/6800 GT Series. or above..

The only requirement you posted was for it to be as "cheep" as possible
I don't think any comments here were rude and maybe if you had included more information in your original post you would have gotten an answer that was closer to what you were thinking (yet didn't post).
