Amputating His Hand

China: He Ling from Chengdu city has amputated her husband's right hand after catching him video chatting to girls at a local internet cafe. Her husband, Jiang Ming, had promised he would spend time with his new son in preference to the net.

"I was on the Internet, and suddenly felt a numbness in my right hand. The arrow on the screen stopped moving. Then I found that my right hand was on the mouse pad, and blood was shooting out," said Ming.

Despite his injury Ming asked the judge to be lenient with his wife, saying he had broken his promise so it was his fault. The judge is yet to announce his verdict.

I love the guy's reaction. I mean, how involved do you have to be in your chatting (and what in god's name did the wife use) so that the first thing you notice is not unbearable pain in your arm, but rather that the mouse stops moving.

Actually, if the cut is fast enough, you don't feel anything. There have been stories of people swimming in the ocean start feeling a weird feeling in their leg, and when they reach down, they realize that their leg was eaten by a shark.

Its interesting.

So wtf, how did she cut it off? I don't get it. You're sitting there on the computer and you don't see someone come up to you and cut your hand off? I'm fuckin  on this one.

"Is your hand plugged into your arm?"

"Connected" would have been more fitting than "plugged" but you get the point. :p

Man...that must have been some video chat. Good thing she didn't get the other hand. Then he would have been an amputee AND castrated.

I keep seeing this in most of these "types" of stories. Are people just stupid and desperate or is "love" that powerful?

My cousing was stabbed once on his abdomen and once on his lower back (by the kidneys). He told me he did not know he was cut. All he felt was two punches.
