Wife needs credit card, but is on disability...HELP please.

anyone know a credit card i can apply for online? that will allow her to just add the household income instead of her income? cuzz she makes no $$ till her disability check kicks in...she has heart problems. anyways ....anyone know? I am, wanting a card that i can use immediately after online approval

When I signed up for my Sony Mastercard from Citibank, I was approved instantly and immediately given my permanent CC number, exp. date, and limit information online. They said I could use it right away.
