she has no idea how it happened and I just want the short and quick answer thanks guys I know some one here know how to do this
 
Did you click in the proper area? the area in between the start button and quick links>(this is the place where minimized windows go click(hold down the left mouse button and drag to desired place)<where your system clock is. Did that make sense? that's just a qucick explanation.
