I'm trying to sell the damn thing for $8500 now, but I can't get a solid commitment. I'm a few days away from just taking the thing to the auction, because trying to sell privately is too much of a pain.

You were talking to me, right? Honestly, ~$8500 is probably the lowest I'd go. That seems unbelievably reasonable, because that's well under loan, retail, and trade-in value. I can auction it off for $8000, and that's my last resort.

Its certified and under warrenty for another 3 years. I must say that I'm kinda surprised by the power out of the 2.3 VTEC engine.

Descartes you could sell that car around here (Ohio) in a split second for more $$ than that. I have no idea why they are so expensive around here. Especially since we make them in state.
 
those are nice cars. my dad just got a 2000 V6 EX with leather, and it's the best all-around car i've even been in. it's even more comfortable than the mercedes and BMW's i've been in.

Yea. One of her requirements is that is was a non light colored car. Its beyond fun to drive and it fits like a glove. I must say that I think I'll have to fight her to drive it.
