If the contract said the ads would be up for a limited amount of time and the ads are still up, they'll win for sure.

what? lol. What school of thought did you come from? Barnum and Baileys? It's the life of an aspiring model/actor/actresses. Doing unwanted or very low key jobs to make money and try to get their name out there. Second, it's a public service ad condemning domestic violence, so the intent is positive.

Hell, in some ways, this contract breach gets them more exposure, and it wouldn't surprise me if they end up getting more work now because of it.
