I have Windows XP Pro with IE6, starting from three days ago, both of my two computers stop the ability to view source in any webpage they visit. Neither selecting fom View Menu nor Right-clicking mouse works, the computers simply did nothing when I performed these actions trying to view source. However, surprisingly, I found a new option under my File Menu, which is Edit, and it allows you to Edit the source of the webpage use an editor that you prefered from Tools menu, of course only locally edit.

This is wierd, I wondered if this happened to everyone else? Is this something Microsoft Auto Update done, or created by my recent installed applications? I only installed KaZaA Lite 2.0, Adaware 5.3 on both computers.

Thanks for the answer.

I'm seeing lotsa comments about this (Like here) -- and the common link appears to be KaZaa lite 2.0. I know it's not adaware 5.3 - I'm running the XPhome and IE6 here with adaware 5.3 and everything is fine. Seems like one of the threads even mentioned that things were still messed up after uninstalling KaZaa lite...

Dunno -- just some ramblings...
