Wierd Temps

So I'm looking at an lm-sensors read-out on my Supermicro X7SPA-H based router. At the moment it reads: Aux (15C), CPU (12C) and Sys (35C). Room temp is 26C. These readings are confirmed in bios give or take. Is there something wrong with the sensors? With a simple heatsink/fan only on the CPU it's impossible for temps to go below ambient.

What a pleasant change to see someone understand this.🙂 I would guess the sensors are borked and the cooling just fine. Asus probe tells me my CPU is at 19 and I can tell you my ambient ain't!

Try core temp, realtemp or speedfan. One of those should give you a better idea.
