well its not really a problem, but some of my drives say "drive not ready" when i reboot and my scsi intereface initiallizes. By the time I get to windows they are fine.

only some of the drives do that, even ones that are the same brand/model.

Should I be concerned about this?

Thanks

Don't worry about it. They just look a little longer to init.

Ive only seen that problem on cold boots, usually doenst occur on hot reboots. Usually as Mark stated because the drives are slower to initialize than the system boots up with todays high speed systems. As long as they are working when you get into windows I wouldnt be concerned unless there is a termination problem and you get read/write errors.
