OK, I am selling a toshiba s127 laptop on ebay right, it's only worth 600-700 bucks. Anyway, got this question via ebay's question thing:

This has scam written all over it. He is gonna pay you via Paypal with a stolen CC number, and once you ship the laptop, you will be notified by Paypal and they will take your money.

Use your common sense.
 
scam scam scam -
don't deal with foreign "buyers" with stolen credit who want to pay a lot more to ship to them. It is a scam, you will lose the lappy and the money.
 
With 1400 posts, I'd have expected you to see this scam posted at least a dozen times or so in OT 🙂

But, yes, it's a scam...

If it sounds too good to be true....

Never ever take credit cards on Ebay especially from foriegn countries. Credit card numbers are sold 1000 for a $1

This is a scam. Don't let your greed for the $2k fool you.
 
Yes it's a scam just like this was.

Out of curiosity go with ReiAyanami's suggestion, e-mail them back stating you will ONLY do it for $3,000.00 but try to make your reply sound serious.
