Wierd problem with my CRT monitor...

Everytime i right click on any video file my CRT monitor turns off and than on??
but the LCD that is also connected to the same video card doesnt do anything

i tried my other CRT and it does it 2

any idea what is goin on??

ya my LCD does use the DVI connection
its a FX5900
