An odd problem popped up with my Epox 8K3A today.

When I booted up with my logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo, it stopped detecting it. Thinking it was the logitech, I switched over to another keyboard, seemed to work OK. Turned it off.

Now when I got home, tried to boot, and it goes to CMOS, but won't detect ANY keyboard.

Even more odd, if I power off, then plug in a standard keyboard, the FANS start whirring?? Bizarre behavior.

SO...any ideas? And if I scrap it, what should I replace it with? Running an Athlon XP 1700 on it...

OK, something has gone really bizarro :) I think either my CPU is fried or my power supply. When I hook up the NEW motherboard, I get the same problem. The CPU and case fans whir, but nothing else. Ideas?
