Wierd problem with Iwill XP333

Here's my setup.
Iwill XP333 rev 2.1 using the Jan. 18, 2002 BIOS update,
Athlon XP1500+,
1 Stick 512 Megs unbuffered PC2100 Crucial memory with Micron markings,
Soundblaster Live Value! 5.1
Gainward Geforce3 Ti200

Here's my problem, when I have the FSB set to 100 (200 with the DDR), the system seems to pick up on all of my RAM without flaw, but when set to 133, which is what it should be for my RAM, CPU, Motherboard combo more than half the time it will detect on 256 megs, and on other rare instances it detects 700 and some change. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong, anyone think that it's the RAM???

Thanks for any help,

Bob

Oh, one more thing, it seems find all the RAM more frequently when I set the FSB up one step to 134; fwiw.

One more thing, when I placed the stick in dimm1 it wouldn't even detect the memory, the system just gave out long beeps and wouldn't post.
