Wierd problem with dual display, help me out.!!!

I have dual display running, and i also have a tv tuner. One of the reasons i setup dual display is so that i can watch tv on my secondary moniter and do all the normal stuff on my other. the tv tuner works fine when it is on the 19 incher, but when i move it over to the 15 incher, there is an error message that says like, it cant run it on this moniter, please move it to the other. ANd when i move it back, it works. Is this normal?

Yes, that behavior is normal. Most/all video "media" (full-screen games, TV, DVD, etc.) are restricted to the primary display in ALL versions of Windows that support multiple displays. Thankfully, you can alternate the primary display in Win2K without having to reboot or change anything in BIOS. Just go to the display properties (right-click on desktop) and check the appropriate box.
