I just purchaced a gigabyte GA-7vrxp MB from someone off the boards and it refuces to boot at 133 with a 2100xp tbred. I'm running 512mb pc2100 ram which I have run at 2700 so that shouldn't be the issue, but i've also tried a pc2700 stick I had in my other rig and no luck. I also tried my old 1800xp paly with no luck on getting it to boot at 133. I've tried changing it in the Bios (this results in it trying to boot them stoping and rebooting at 100 and I tried the switch on the motherboard which the manuel says to use on 133mhz cpus and it does not post. Is this board a dud or am I missing something??

Are you changing the FSB by bios? Theres suppose to be a jumper setting on the mobo itself

as i stated above first i tried the switch and it wouldn't post. then I tried changing it int he bios and it boots but defaults to 100fsb and won't get it to chenge. I just tried the windows overclocker that comes with the board got it to go to 120fsb but system instantly rebooted at anything higher think I just got a dud of a board tlked to the person I got it from and he will take it back. so unless i figure this out tonight i'll just send it back to him
