Wierd Print Error?!!!

hey

I recieve this error every now and then, usually it causes my system to freeze up. then i have to do a hard reboot to get it to work, sometimes it happens twice in a row. Other times, it will happen 20 mins after i boot up.
I ran a google search and scoped out a couple of article in the MSKB but it perplexes has to how to solve the issue.

Printer Symantec Fax Starter Edition failed to initialize because a suitable OLFaxDrv driver could not be found.

Oddly thing, is I have Norton Systems work 2002 Pro installed and working great but i don't have fax starter edition anywheres on the PC. I print off of a different computer thats on my LAN
Anything suggestion on Help would be great.

I think the Fax Starter Edition comes with Office 2000/XP.

Ok, thanks for the help. I'll look in to that as sson as i found my office 2000 cd.
