Wierd pixelation issue...

Hello there, I'm using a CRT Samsung 793df and an ATI Radeon 9600 pro by powercolor.

I have been facing wierd pixelation issues on my moniter like very light vertical lines on the left side of the screen and some ghosting of text/images/cursor trail. This all seems to happen only on light-coloured backgrounds. When I took a screenshot and sent it to some friends, they couldn't seem to find anything wrong with it. Yet, I can see the pixelation on the screenshot!

Here is the screenshot.

I have managed to snap a couple of pictures but I am not entirely sure if you guys can see the problem.

The picture below is by far, the most accurate version I could take so far.

On this image, if you look at the taskbar and on the left of the image, you can see something wierd.

Anyway, does anyone know what kinda problem this is? Oh and this moniter has just been serviced twice, if that's any help.

Edit: Perhaps I should try changing the moniter cables but mmm... just a really dumb qn: by "moniter cable", does it mean the cable that goes from the moniter to the computer or the one that's for the power supply?

Have you tried another monitor ? I would try that first, then have you tried another video card, I would try that second.

Ooh, how could I forget that? :/

Well, I might also try reformatting. Could be some sorta wierd driver issue.
