When you are running your RAM at such speeds, you should switch to the 2T setting unless you have very high quality RAM that can actually run stable at 1T with those speeds. Switch to the 533 divider and try to increase your HTT, or feed your RAM more voltage (2.2-2.3V) and keep the 667 divider and 5-5-5-15-2T timings. Also, you need to switch your HT multiplier to 3x once the HTT goes above about 265 MHz or so.

I also noticed you only have about 1.264 VCore right now. If I'm not mistaken, the 90nm A64s default at 1.3 or 1.35V, so I'm assuming the 1.264 is caused by VDroop from your PSU. However, if your CPU can run through Prime95 and SuperPi 32M stable at 2.45GHz with those voltages, then you have a very nice chip indeed. You can safely feed it up to 1.5V if necessary to get more speed out of it, although I would recommend 1.45V or less for everyday use with good air cooling.
Good luck

It is 1.29 in the Gigabyte program, cpu-z is ALWAYS ~.05 V lower. (well in my AXP case) yes it is suppose to be 1.3. It plays BF2 at those speeds so it is stable as I am concerned.
I ordered a 3600 Brisbane, and a Xclio goodpower 500 is coming tomorrow night.
I am thinking my poor overclocking (as in giving it volts with no avail) was based on the unstable voltage.
I will try loosening the timings (cmd rate) tomorrow when I can find the BIOS jumper just in case :p
