alright I just did some adjustments on the network at my parents to accomadate some of the stuff I have while i'm at home. before everything was just a standard wireless network.
I added a WAP10 in a bridge configuration attached to a switch. the computer I attached to the switch acts as ususal I can ping it from every computer in the house. My problem comes on an xbox I put also on that switch, I can ping it from the computer on the switch with it, and it is getting to the internet thru the bridge to the router but I can't ping it or connect to it from any computer connected directly to the router. which I find odd since I can connect no problem to the other system on that same network.
anyone got any ideas? my main purpose is to get the xbox to see my desktop in XBMC so I can stream some videos but my system is on the wireless network
