Wierd MSI K7T Pro2-A Bios Upgrade problems

Hello, i am currently running the 2.2 version of my bios, and i want to upgrade to at least the 2.5 or even the overclocker beta of the bios. However, whenever i try using the LiveBios program, Internet explorer connects then says "Your motherboard doesn't support BIOS auto-update function". That was odd because i used the livebios to flash it before. Also, ive read all the documentation from msi on how to flash my bios, and when i try to boot up with the floppy, it wont let me saying it is a "non-system disk". Help?

Uninstall the live bios program on your system,
and go here navigate 'download' --> 'Live Bios' read the info on the page and scroll down to to bottom to try it on your own risk. The phrase on MSI site always cracks me up.
