I have an xFx Ti 4200 w/ S-Video out. I bought an S-Video-->RCA adapter from radioshack and plugged it into the yellow RCA port on my 20inch TV. The problem is there is this wierd scan line on the TV when viewing the computer. Its not really a "line" per say but its sort of like "tracking" in the VCR days that runs up the screen, but not that bad. Now i've gotten a new motherboard since it started so rule that out. I also tried it on a 13 inch crappy TV and it didnt do that, but it might just be the TV was too small to tell or too blurry to tell.
ANyway what would cause this?
