Wierd keyboard problem

About a month ago I got one of the logitech combos from a friend since I missed the giveaway. Anyway, I get up this morning and go to check my mail and the keyboard doesn't work. Weird since I'd changed the batteries about two days ago. So I hit connect on the base and reconected the kb and mouse. Kb works now but not like it did before. When I hit the media button it now brings up IE instead of WMP like it used to. Hitting the volume controls brings up Outlook, Favorites brings up WMP, Home brings up favorites, etc. I hadn't installed any of the drivers that came with it so it couldn't have anything to do with that. Any other ideas?

You might want to try installing the drivers online from Logi's site, and then configing the board if you don't done so already. The drivers have settings which customize what buttons open what.

Yah, I figured if I loaded the drivers (have the cd) I could map out all the buttons but I've heard bad things about logitechs drivers. Maybe that's just the mouseware though... Then there's the fact that everything worked before but doesn't know. I just wanted to know what changed.
