Heres an aim convo that basically says it all..
¯GhettÖrªïd¯: wierd problem..i am signed on as administrator, but when i right click on toolbar + go to properties, it says "this action has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer"

Can anyone help?? I've got CoolMon, MBM going and thats it...never "messed" around in admin tools/services... dont think this was a problem more than a week or two ago... help!
