Wierd Internet Explorer Issue - Not Updating URLs? Cache?

Ok I have a wierd issue. I have moved all of my webservers over to a new host. EVERYONE ELSE is seeing the stuff on the NEW host, but I am still seeing everything on the OLD one. My brother who has the same ISP, lives 1.5 miles from me, sees all of the new stuff on the new server, but I am still seeing my old stuff on the old server.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I am using IE6, (This is doing it as well with Firefox and Netscape). I tried clearing cache, deleting temp internet files, neither worked. I DID change the temp internet files directory...that helped for a few hours, then it reverted me back to the old stuff again.

Example: I CAN see this image http://www.necrosaro420.com/dw5.jpg ..... But it does NOT exist on my new server. But when I get my brother (I had several people from around the country try) it redirects them to cnn.com which is where I have my .htaccess file redirect users to if they try to go somewhere on my site that does not exist. This dw5.jpg file does NOT exist on my new host/server.

Any ideas? This is driving me nuts as I am unable to work on my sites =( Thanks!

anyone? I deleted all the cookies/temp files/ everything agian last night, and it was showing everything correct, then I wake up this morning and its now showing me everything on the OLD server again! =(
