Last week my boss left his computer to defrag at the end of the day. The next day, he turned it back on and it gave him a blue screen before loading (right after the B&W loading screen). It was something like unable to access boot device. I messed around with it, tried safe mode, etc, finally gave up, backed it up and fdisk'd and reformatted it. Rebooted and it says Invalid System Disk, and wont read the floppy. What the heck!?!
