Wierd Extra IP Address

hey guys i fired up coolmon and it is reporting being connected to another ip other than my internal IP the ip i dont reconize is 4.0.15.0 and then in the comand promt i ran netstat and im connected to bgp01116349bgs.westln01.mi.comcast.net:1214 whats this all about

no comcast isnt my ISP DirectV Dsl is and yes i use Kazza

Port 1214 is the kazaa port. Try rebooting your machine and doing a netstat before you startup kazaa.
